Return Policy
Seongs (www.seongs.com) Standard Return Policies are applicable only to computer systems purchased by you directly from our website. All returns will be charged a %15 restocking fee and must be delivered to Seongs within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. In order to process a return, you may obtain an RMA number by contacting us through email at rma@seongs.com.

Returns will not be accepted if any of the following reasons are applicable:

- Not purchased from Seongs.com
- System has been altered or damaged due to abuse or improper use
- Component is damaged or altered
- Component has a missing or unreadable serial number
- Missing any original packaging and accessories (such as: retail box, manuals, cables, cds)

Seongs Warranty
Seongs.com offers a 1 year warranty on any part of the hardware system, excluding software. During the warranty period, Seongs will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware system, free of charge for labor and parts. Parts may not be the same but will be equivalent. If the hardware system is defective within the first 30 days, Seongs will cover the costs shipping the item back. Seongs will not be held responsible for shipping fees after 30 days of receiving your computer system. It may be the case that some components must be sent to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. However, we promise repairsl be processed in a timely manner. If you have any further questions, please contact us directly at general@seongs.com.

Manufacturer Warranty
Most components/parts are covered by Manufacturers Warranties. If you would like to check if a component has manufacturer warranty, please check the manufacturer's website. In the case you need a proof of purchase, please contact us directly at sales@seongs.com.

Out-of-Stock
In case of Seongs systems running out of stock, you will have two options:

- Seongs can offer you a comparable replacement item
- Seongs can issue you a full refund.

Purchases Exceeding Five Systems
Please understand that due to sheer volume and work, if more than five (5) systems are purchased on a single order, once purchase is completed, it is automatically non-refundable. However, warranty and replacement policies still apply.

You must agree to these policies before purchasing from Seongs. By confirming your order, you indicate your agreement.
